Dinner at Mooreland Mansion, March 24th and 31st

For two nights only, guests attending a perfomance of My Way have the opportunity to make reservations for a special Sinatra themed dinner at Mooreland Mansion, located on the campus of Lakeland Community College!  Menu options include:

Chicken Sinatra - sauteed boneless breast of chicken finishe din the oven with bacon, mushrooms, Mooreland's own honey mustard sauce, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.

Swiss Steak - braised round of beef slowly roasted until fork tender with a homemade beef gravy.

All entrees come with:

• Fresh tossed garden salad with tender Romaine and iceburg lettuce, finished with cucumber, tomato, red onion and shredded Mozzarella cheese with dressing
• Pasta or potato
• Sauteed whole green beans finished with olive oil, black pepper and garlic
• Gourmet pastries for dessert
