This class will lead the students through a series of gentle stretches and asanas (postures) using props, breath control, and guided meditation. Basic Hatha Yoga promotes deep relaxation and the rejuvenation of ones mind, body, and spirit. This class is beneficial for all levels. Floor mat needed. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes
